Return Policy

You may return used parts or request a replacement within 14 days of the date of delivery with no penalties, no re-stocking fees.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs - i.e., if you received an incorrect item, etc.

​

We do not accept returns on anything marked CORE, damaged or anything stating "No Returns Accepted."

If the return is past 14 days from the date the item was delivered, you may incur a restocking fee, and we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

Each return is handled on a case-to-case basis.

 

Once we receive your returned parts you should expect to receive your refund within approximately 5-10 business days.

 

If you need to return an item or want a replacement, you will need to contact us directly and email us with the following details including your order number, details about the product you would like to return, the reason for the return and any applicable photos. 

 

Please do not ship any item back without confirmation of your return. We will not issue any refunds until we have collected all of the information needed to process the return.
