Our shipping staff take the time, to carefully and intelligently pack your items for safe and secure transit, regardless of the order value or the transit method. If a standard box doesn't work, we will prepare or acquire a packaging arrangement specific to the parts in your order. We routinely utilize advanced packaging and logistics resources such as custom foam, crates, pallets, boxing, and more. We apply our knowledge and expertise to every single item we ship.
Most of your inventory can go in a box that a standard carrier, such as USPS or UPS, can deliver anywhere in the world. Certain parts, large, bulky or heavy items, require a freight carrier to deliver.
Shipping with Standard Carriers
Order an item that ships with a standard carrier, and you will receive costs and transit times easily - whether you order online or through our sales department. This information is readily available, and our systems are designed to offer you the options you need to get your parts quickly and efficiently.
Many items in our inventory will ship with a $10 flat rate to any continental US destination. 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout or through your sales rep.
Once your order is finalized and the carrier scans your package into their system, you will get automated emails with tracking and transit information.
Shipping with Freight Carriers
Freight deliveries are more time consuming to schedule, package, and be picked up by the carrier.
Some freight items can be purchased directly through the website; others items require special handling to ensure safe shipment. If you require assistance, please contact our sales department by calling 786-589-9461.
Packaging and handling fees will apply for items that require crating or palleting. Prices will vary.
You will get manual updates from us with tracking information for these shipments. And if you have any questions on transit time, be sure to ask your sales rep for details.
Shipping with Your Carrier Account
To ship with your account we have to process this order manually. We can take your payment over the phone or prepare and email a link with a $0 shipping charge. This allows us to manually insert your account into the carrier details when we prepare your package. Our systems will not automatically generate any order with $0 shipping; it always requires manual order creation on our part.

Same Day Shipping
Most orders received during business hours, will ship out the same day. Large, bulky, heavy or specialised items that require custom packaging or freight carriers take longer. If delivery time is critical, call the Sales Team at 786-589-9461 to discuss a solution to get it to you on time.
Expedited Shipping
If you need overnight delivery, contact us at 786-589-9461 to ensure we can get it shipped in time. Call 786-589-9461 to speak with an expert to discuss shipping costs and expected delivery times. Keep in mind that no carrier fully guarantees delivery times (some charge an additional fee for this), we will always do our best to get it packaged and shipped as efficiently as possible.
When you order through the website, you will usually have expedited shipping options, such as overnight and 2-day air, available at checkout, we can generally get your package shipped the same day you order.
If you need overnight, early overnight, or 2-day air shipping but don't see those options at checkout, give us a call at 786-589-9461. Many items listed online, are too large or heavy to automatically qualify for expedited shipping. In those cases, we’ll manually assist you to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible.
Freight items may take longer than a same-business-day shipping, but will ship out as soon as practicable.

Shipping Insurance
On items valued over $1,000, insurance is added to the package and this additional cost is added to your shipping / freight charge.
